Copyright Ownership
All panoramas and photos that we are hired to shoot are owned 100% copyright by you — the client. VPiX and Elite Virtual Tour are allowed a marketing right to showcase your tours through this website and other forms of on-line social media, if they are marked for public view and not “private” for viewing with a username / password.
Hosting of Tours / Content
All tours are hosted via Rackspace, Akamai’s CDN and / or via CloudFlare. All 360 tours will include a modest hosting fee that is charged per month or can be paid annually. This allows us to deliver your 360° content at warp speed to your customers. Rackspace has an unconditional 100% Network Uptime guarantee.
Cancellation of Hosting Services
If you wish to cancel your hosting account, you will need to contact us via phone to obtain a cancelation. A follow up email to the name on file will follow to confirm the cancelation and deletion of all your 360 content.
