How long do you need to capture 360’s of my place or business?
Time on site will be dependent on what kind of service you ordered. Shooting a panorama (bracketed) will take about 15 - 20 minutes per view. If you ordered 7 panoramas, it’s a good idea to allow 20 minutes each. Meaning we’re on-site for 7 x 20 minutes or 2.5 hours.

How do I put the Virtual Tour into my website?
The virtual tour link acts the same as a youtube link, you simply have your web developer copy and paste the link into your web pages just like they would a video and it's ready to go. We can even provide the special code for embedding the 360 tour to play live within your site.

Can I host the 360 Virtual Tour on my own server?
"Yes, we can export the tours to your own server. It is a one time cost of $89 to register your domain (you can upload
as many tours as you want to that domain once registered). The only catch is that once we export your tour we cannot make changes to it so if any changes are needed in the future we have to re-export and resend it to you,"

How does a floor plan work on a 360 Tour?
Either a floor plan of the property is provided to Elite Virtual Tour from the client or a floor plan is made by one of the Elite Virtual Tour photographers by measuring and creating the floor plan using special software. The floor plan is then loaded into the virtual 360 tour where it can be shown on the left side of the screen while viewing the tour. Interactive 3-D pushpins can be put into all rooms on the floor plan that have a virtual tour associated with it, when the viewer clicks the push pin it will take them to the corresponding room within the virtual tour.

Can I receive my 360 tour analytics?
Yes, not only can we provide your analytics for your virtual tour, but we can activate your email address with special permission to your individual virtual tours analytics that you can access it anytime and check your views and tour statistics.

What is a virtual tour map?
A tour map is a list of all the panoramas within each virtual tour that you can categorize and use as a navigational tool when moving through the virtual tour.

Can I embed a video into my Virtual Tour?
Yes, currently you can embed video into your virtual tour an Iframe with specific dimensions. Soon it will have the ability to embed the video as HTML5 so that they will resize to fit any screen.

Can I create a custom URL on my 360 Tour?
Yes there are two ways to create a custom URL. The first way is to export the tour to your own server in which you can have a completely custom URL (see exporting tours) and the second way gives you a half customizable URL. It will read as www.vpix.net/YOURTOURNAME
